Consultations How can I book a consultation?
My holistic approach sees me dive deep into all aspects that could be affecting your skin, beginning with my in-depth consultation process. During consultations, I’ll gently and empathetically work with you to identify the root causes of your unique skin concerns. This then allows me to create a transformative skincare programme designed to reduce any damage and restore balance and radiance from within. You can book a consultation via the contact form or by calling +447814361028. If this is our first meeting, your initial consultation will include a complete assessment of your challenges and frustrations. We’ll also look at your current skincare routine, general health and lifestyle to pinpoint any underlying or contributing factors. Taking the time to thoroughly understand all aspects that might be affecting your skin is a fundamental step to providing a perfectly tailored treatment plan for real, long-term results. Consultations Treatments What can I expect during my first consultation?
Consultations are done one-on-one and typically last 60 - 90 mins. This gives us the opportunity to discuss skincare, wellness, and lifestyle in depth, which helps me build a complete picture of your day-to-day life. This information will form the basis for your skin profile and helps me recommend the most suitable products for your skin’s needs. Our first meeting is also a fantastic opportunity to discuss your expectations and gain an understanding of how many treatments it may take to begin seeing results. You won’t be recommended any medication (or change to medication), or any medical supplements; just expert care and guidance to help nourish, nurture and restore your skin’s luminosity. Ideally, initial consultations are done face-to-face, but they can also be done virtually if you’re unable to attend the clinic. Book a virtual or in-clinic consultation.
Bookings Consultations Skin Treatments How do virtual consultations differ from in-person consultations?
Virtual consultations can be flexible around busy work and life schedules and are also ideal for anyone who is unable to travel. I do have lots of clients outside of London who, mainly due to geographical restrictions, are unable to pencil in regular in-clinic visits - but this shouldn’t stop anyone from looking or feeling their best! For a virtual consultation, you’ll need a stable internet connection, a camera and decent lighting so I can see your skin as clearly as possible, and a mic and speakers so we can discuss your tailored treatment plan (and/or progress) in detail. Your bespoke skincare regime will include products you can use at home morning and night, without having to come into the clinic. You won’t be recommended any medication (or change to medication), or any medical supplements; just expert care and guidance to help nourish, nurture and restore your skin’s luminosity. Book a virtual consultation.
Bookings Consultations Do all consultations need to be carried out in-clinic?
If you are local to London and/or able to visit the clinic in person on occasion, this can be helpful for progress updates but it’s not essential - unless you’re interested in a treatment that is available exclusively in the clinic. You can book a virtual consultation via the contact form or by calling +447814361028.
Bookings Consultations Treatments Do consultations come in packages?
No, I don’t offer packages of consultations. This is because everyone’s skin is completely unique, and it’s impossible to generalise about how many consultations anyone might need to see results for their individual skin concerns. However, it is possible to be more specific about the number of treatments you might need once we’ve carried out your initial consultation and your bespoke treatment plan is in place. Bookings Consultations Treatments Do you need to know about my health and medical history?
Yes, please! Taking the time to thoroughly understand all aspects that might be affecting your skin is fundamental to providing a perfectly tailored treatment plan for real, long-term results. Sharing as much detail as possible, including any medical conditions (long and short-term) you’ve been tested for or diagnosed with, any medication you may be taking and any recent operations or other beauty treatments you’ve undergone, helps me form a more complete skin profile for you and account for any underlying or contributing factors that may be affecting your skin’s health. Prior to any treatment, I need you to fill in a confidential health questionnaire which asks about your overall mental and physical wellbeing, allergies and intolerances, diet and dietary preferences and medical history. These details are collected for safety reasons and to allow me to properly tailor your treatment and will not be shared with any third parties (see my privacy policy for more details).
Consultations Treatments Are all treatments carried out in-clinic?
I offer a large range of treatments at my London-based clinic - but not all treatments need to be done in person! Your bespoke skincare regime will include products you can use at home morning and night, without having to come into the clinic (or may include a combination of in-clinic and at-home treatments if you are able to visit in person). You will not be recommended any medication (or change to medication), or any medical supplements; just expert care and guidance to help nourish, nurture and restore your skin’s luminosity.
Consultations Products Skin Treatments What if my skin has a reaction to a treatment?
Treatments consist of stimulating, regenerating active ingredients, and processes that aim to restore skin health. As a result, your skin will feel different over the next few days - and this is completely normal! Following any treatment, you will be provided with detailed advice that will help you support your skin and manage any feelings of discomfort that may arise. If you’re concerned about skin reactions post-clinic, please contact me immediately. While it is normal for skin to go through a period of adjustment after treatment or application of a cosmeceutical product, if you’re experiencing a burning or stinging sensation that doesn’t subside after washing the product off, please apply a cold compress and contact me immediately.
Products I can’t get my Dermaviduals pump to work

The packaging of Dermaviduals products means that, sometimes, it can seem hard for the product to be dispensed. Please ensure to spend a decent amount of time trying to push the pump of any of the products that (at first) seem to not be working. If that does not work, please turn the cream over — you will see a hole at the base of the product. Insert a sterile needle or sharp, thin object into the hole and remove, then continue to push the pump dispenser.

This should do the trick at encouraging the dispenser to work, however, if for any reason it doesn't, please contact us and we will try our best to assist you. Please do not tamper with any part of the product packaging before trying the above, otherwise, unfortunately, the pump can become damaged and we can not offer a refund or replacement in this case.
