Shipping Information

 

We use Royal Mail for our UK and Republic of Ireland shipping. We don’t ship to other countries at present.

Please note:

We may take up to 5 working days to prepare, pack and dispatch your order – though we will endeavour to dispatch sooner if the items you’ve ordered are in stock. The lead times for shipping are from the date of dispatch. If you urgently require a product, feel free to get in touch with us prior to placing your order and we will advise you if we are able to dispatch sooner. We are a small business and we lovingly pack all of your orders by hand here in our London clinic – your patience is very much appreciated.

When you place an order, you can choose from the following shipping options:

For orders under £75

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery – £10 – Tracked service with signature required and guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm (from the date of dispatch), Monday to Saturday. Contents insured up to £750.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £5 – Tracked service taking 1-3 days (from the date of dispatch). Contents insured up to £100.

For orders over £75

  • Free postage via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Tracked service taking 1-3 days (from the date of dispatch). Contents insured up to £100.

We ship to Mainland UK, plus the Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, the Scottish Islands (including the Isle of Arran) and the Isle of Man. We don’t ship to BFPO addresses and PO Boxes, or to the Channel Islands.

We accept no responsibility or liability for delayed packages, or packages lost or damaged in transit by any third party and ask that you carefully consider the delivery service you choose to ensure your contents are sufficiently covered by the insurance cover offered by Royal Mail.

In the event of any delay, loss or damage of any package, you can find instructions for claiming compensation from Royal Mail here.

Please note that Royal Mail’s compensation policies do not cover the Isle of Man, that some guaranteed delivery services may be different and that parcels may be subject to delays due to customs checks. You can find more information here.

Please allow extra shipping time if you live in a remote location or island – details of the Royal Mail’s delivery restrictions can be found here. Weather conditions, strikes, pandemics such as COVID and busy holiday periods may impact delivery times.

How long does it take to dispatch orders?

I can’t track my order?

Tracking can take up to 24 hours to register once a package leaves us. If you’re still struggling, please email us at info@ingridraphael.com

If your item is marked as delivered on tracking but you haven’t received it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@ingridraphael.com.
