Terms relating to Gift Vouchers
We may offer the opportunity to purchase gift vouchers that can be used to buy any item sold on our Website or in our clinics as applicable.
Our Terms of Sale, together with the terms and conditions below, apply to the purchase of your gift voucher:
- You can email it to family and friends, or print it out to give to them personally.
- Gift vouchers are available in a range of denominations.
- They will be issued once your order and payment have been successfully processed.
- They may be issued via an electronic voucher code or other electronic means which can then be redeemed at checkout on the Website or in clinic for any product/s or treatment/s.
- They will be valid for a limited period, to be specified at the time of purchase.
- They will be issued in GBP pounds and redeemable as one voucher per order.
- Change due on a purchase made using gift vouchers will be given in gift vouchers.
- We will not be responsible if any gift voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
- We reserve the right to close customer accounts and take payment from alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained gift voucher is redeemed and/or used to make purchases.
- Gift vouchers will be non-returnable and non-refundable, except in accordance with your statutory rights as a consumer.
- The value of a gift voucher cannot be converted back to cash.
