A moment of deep cellular renewal under Dermalux’s Tri-Wave MD, the gold standard in medical-grade LED, guided by our trusted specialist, Thomas. Beginning with a gentle cleanse to prepare your skin, then settle you beneath therapeutic light to calm inflammation, support healing and restore balance. Finished with nourishing hydration and essential SPF protection. A quiet reset for skin in need of clarity, calm and radiance. This is our only treatment that does NOT need a consultation. Step in, switch off and soak up the glow. All LED Light Lounge sessions are 30 minutes.

Each LED treatment is bespoke, with settings customised to your precise skin needs at every visit. This groundbreaking, non-invasive treatment uses three clinically proven wavelengths:

Heading up The Light Lounge is our trusted specialist, Thomas. He has hands I trust and a brain that’s borderline encyclopaedic when it comes to LED. Trained closely by me, with years of hands-on experience, he knows these machines inside out and outside in. You will be met with the same depth of care, precision and presence that define everything we do in the clinic.

If you are claustrophobic, I want to reassure you – LED light therapy here is entirely open. There is no mask or enclosure. The light panel simply hovers above you. You will be in a calm, airy room and are never left alone. It is a gentle, deeply relaxing treatment. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, we can pause or stop right away – just say the word.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged in full or result in the loss of any pre-paid sessions. Life happens and we understand – just keep us in the loop.

To ensure clarity and fairness for all clients, the following rules apply to all Light Lounge bookings and subscriptions.

Subscriptions
– Subscription sessions must be used within the calendar month of purchase.
– Unused subscription sessions cannot be rolled over into subsequent months.
– Unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be credited towards other treatments, services, or product purchases.
– Subscriptions apply exclusively to Light Lounge LED treatments and cannot be transferred to other services within the clinic.

Single Sessions
– Single LED sessions are payable in advance.
– If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, at least 24 hours’ notice must be given.
– Cancellations with 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled or refunded in full.
– Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend will result in the full fee being forfeited.
– Single session payments cannot be converted into a credit balance for use against other services or product purchases.

Transfers, Credits and Products
– Session bookings, whether purchased by subscription or as single sessions, are non-transferable and may not be used by another person.
– Payments for Light Lounge sessions are not treated as credit and may not be applied to other services, treatments, or product purchases.
– Light Lounge services remain distinct from treatments with Ingrid. Payments for one cannot be transferred, credited, or offset against the other.

General Policy
– It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend scheduled sessions within the relevant period.
– Refunds or partial refunds are only available for single sessions cancelled with appropriate notice, as outlined above.
– No refunds or partial refunds are available for unused subscription sessions.
– All Light Lounge prices and policies are subject to review and may be amended at the clinic’s discretion. Any changes will be communicated in advance.
